As part of our ongoing consideration to sustainability and creating more eco-conscious clothing, 606Ltd. is actively working with the following initiatives:
• Yarn-leading global mills that supply Organic & BCI cottons recycled yarn initiatives, and yarn blends with Hemp, linen and Ramie.
• Green Chemistry-working with Bio Products and Dyestuffs that help to reduce process time, energy and usage instead of hazardous chemicals.
• Laser technology to help reduce the wash time and number of chemical compounds that are traditionally need to create vintage wash templates. • Printed garments that require no washing.
• Water saving developments including Ozone, E-flow, soft hand Raw options.
• 606 is certified with OCS and RCS. Full chain of traceability can be implemented.
SOURCING & DEVELOPMENT
How we work
We source and develop fabrics from different parts of the globe,from Japan, to Italy, China, Pakistan, Turkey and U.S.A. Depending on our clients request we are able to develop fabric made to fit a special requirement , and create an exclusive fabric for an exclusive look. With an European team of laundry experts, we create and produce some unique washes, praised in several denim trend platforms such as WGSN. Our production team provides a complete follow up and qualityassurance, together with our Quality controllers in the factories.
ABOUT 606
606 Limited was setup in 2010 in Hong Kong, starting as a denim wash consultancy company that evolved into a semi-vertical manufacturer.
Our structure is divided between Hong Kong, where we have a team for design, development, merchandising, account and shipping and several factories dedicated to the production of all type of woven products, distributed between South China, Portugal and Japan.
We are specialized in denim and washed woven products.
In order to offer a full range of products to our clients, we also work with several other factories in north China, as well as Bangladesh for clients who require a more competitive price point for their larger quantities.
We cooperate brands worldwide brands, such as Assembly, Aje, Ksubi, Lee, Wrangler, Manaaki, Stussy, Braindead, Mr. Beast, to mention few.
